HOW I WORK

Breakthroughs are possible through life coaching​

Let me be very honest with you. The Journey of Self Transformation will not be an easy one or bed of roses at all. It will cost you. It will cost you heavily. It will cost you different resources i.e. your time, energy, efforts, unhealthy patterns and toxic, low vibe relationships. 

You will be loosing those and all you will have will be a high vibrating and resonating version of yourself, only this time it will be better, resilient and positively self evolving. 

1. Connecting and Creating Safe Space

In this initial phase of life coaching program, I will be compassionately connecting with you, creating the safe space where you can feel secure and unjudged while sharing. I will be understanding your previous journey, current situation, challenges and aspirations.

2. Goal Setting, Action and Reflection

I will be helping you identify different perspectives through different techniques. Once goals are established, the coaching process moves into a phase focused on taking action and maintaining accountability.

3. Goal Setting, Action and Reflection, Evaluation and Adjustments

In the final step of the coaching process, the focus is on evaluating progress, celebrating achievements, and making any necessary adjustments
